Before you book.
Confirm your worksite, approximate budget, timing and any property requirements. Share your priorities with Cynthia and agree what can realistically fit into the visit. Availability, appointment access and travel conditions determine the final itinerary.
Day one / Compare daily life.
Visit two or three communities rather than racing across the whole metro. Look at road access, everyday errands and the type of setting you want. If school boundaries matter to your search, verify the exact address with the district instead of judging from a town name.
- Morning: test an actual work route.
- Midday: explore the community and ordinary errands.
- Afternoon: compare a second area and a different property type.
- Evening: record what worked, what did not and what is still unknown.
Day two / Investigate the shortlist.
Revisit your strongest area, see selected properties when appointments are available and test the return commute. Leave time to discuss condition, ongoing costs and how the shortlist changes your move sequence. A scouting trip can be productive even if you do not make an offer.
