Private aviation has several local operators.

Austin-Bergstrom lists three fixed-base operators: Atlantic Aviation, Signature Flight Support and Million Air. Their facilities and services are at the airport; aircraft, ramp, hangar, charter and guest arrangements depend on the operator and current availability. Contact the operator and confirm the drive to the terminal you use.

Lake access is a property and facility question.

Texas Parks and Wildlife lists public ramps and access points on Lake Austin, including Walsh Boat Landing, the Loop 360 ramp, Emma Long Park and Mary Quinlan Park; fees and hours differ. For Lake Travis, check the current LCRA and county park status, ramp conditions and lake-level guidance before a trip. A lake view or neighborhood name does not confer a dock, slip or private shoreline right.

Clubs are independent memberships.

Spanish Oaks, Driftwood Golf and Ranch Club, Austin Country Club and The Travis Club are separate private club or development offerings. Review each operator’s current membership categories, application path, costs, access rules, dining and guest policy directly. Do not infer club access from a home address, a gate or a real-estate listing.

Plan a real Hill Country weekend.

Compare public parks and preserves, lake conditions, drive time and seasonal weather before building a weekend routine. For dining or a club meal, confirm hours, reservation requirements and whether access is open to nonmembers. Conditions and availability can change; call ahead.

Build the visit around your own priorities.

For a 48-hour visit, reserve time for a weekday work-route test, a practical errand loop, one public outdoor option and any club or private-airport appointment you have arranged. Do not assume private facilities accept walk-ins.
