Information you choose to share

If enabled, the inquiry form collects the name, email and optional contact, timing, budget and message details you submit. These are used to respond to your relocation inquiry and coordinate requested services. Please do not submit financial documents, identification numbers or other sensitive records.

Tools and storage

The Buyer Desk and planning worksheets save homes, notes, checklist progress, priorities and cost or commute estimates in browser storage on this device. Those values are not sent to Cynthia, the server or analytics by the tools. Browser data can be removed by the erase control, browser settings or device loss. Exported workspace files can contain addresses and personal notes; store them carefully and erase the file when no longer needed. If you choose to include information in the separate inquiry form, it is submitted for Cynthia to respond.

If enabled, the inquiry service stores submissions with restricted access and may forward them to Cynthia’s configured business lead system. The online request form stays unavailable until storage, delivery, access, deletion and retention procedures are verified. Hosting infrastructure may process basic connection and security information to deliver and protect the website.

Analytics and marketing

This build does not enable advertising or third-party analytics by default. Tool values, saved addresses, notes and priorities are not analytics events. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated first. A request for a reply is not consent to an ongoing marketing subscription.
